This building is the fruit of the transformation one of the towers on the city walls that separated the Medina from the Ajerquía.
The building displays the characteristics of a 15th-century edifice, and has been subject to various transformations and restoration work: the entire house was renovated in 1933, in keeping with the precepts of the neo-Mudejar style.
