Diocesan Museum

The Diocesan Museum of Fine Arts, inaugurated in July 1989, boasts an important collection illustrating the artistic heritage of the Church of Cordoba, which ranges from the medieval period to the present day.

The collection is composed of paintings, including many by cordovan prelates, sculptures, tapestries, etc. The museum also houses noteworthy works by Julio Romero de Torres.

The museum is located in what was formerly the Episcopal Palace, opposite the Great Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba.
