La Ermita de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios bears mention in view of its great beauty.
Constructed from stone, the church stands in the middle of the countryside, on the outskirts of Villafranca, and is dedicated to the Virgen de los Remedios, patron of the municipality.
Construction began in 18th century, funded by donations from the inhabitants, and it took thirty years to complete.
The temple has a Latin-cross plan wherein the central section of the cross aisle is adorned with mortised caskets and radial fascia.
Attention should also be drawn to its stonework façade.
