The main monument of Dos Torres is its parish church of la Asunción.
It is a Gothic temple with three naves that date from the second half of the 15th century; the central nave conserves an artistic Mudejar coffered ceiling.
A large transverse arch separates the naves from the square apse, erected in approximately 1580 and covered with a starred vault.
The two Gothic chapels adjoining the lateral naves date from the same period, and boast wall paintings and grilles.
The tower rises next to the head of the temple and is crowned by a brick bell tower, dating from the Baroque period.
