The current parish church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, of Baroque inspiration, dates from the nineteen fifties, and was designed by the architect Sáenz de Santamaría to replace a ruined temple erected in the second half of the 19th century.
It has a Latin-cross plan and anular vaults, with a cupola in the cross aisle.
