The Barrio de la Villa of Priego de Córdoba, is the town’s old quarter and the origin of the municipality.
Its narrow streets, garlanded with flowers, give a clear indication of the town’s Moorish and Medieval origins.
It was declared a Historical/Artistic Site in 1972.
