Such tranquillity is truly a blessing.

 The hamlet of Villaralto arose at the end of the 15th century or beginning of the 16th century, in a vineyard region belonging to the neighbouring village of Torremilano, and remained a dependency of the latter until it achieved independence. In 1633, the village was sold to the archdeacon of Pedroche, Melchor Fernández Carreras.
